1. Refund window
A competition entry fee is eligible for a refund until the earlier of:
- the published start of Week 1 for that season; or
- the participant posting an official score in any event for that season.
Once either event occurs, the standard refund window is closed.
2. After the refund window
After the refund window closes, entry fees are nonrefundable except when TST cancels the season or determines that a verified Tour-side issue prevents the participant from receiving the purchased competition access. Scheduling conflicts, travel, facility availability, missed deadlines, equipment unfamiliarity, poor performance, disqualification, removal for misconduct, or a decision not to continue are not standard grounds for a refund.
3. Simulator and facility charges
Competition entry fees do not include simulator-bay time, memberships, travel, equipment, food, or other facility charges. Those purchases are controlled by the facility or provider that charged them and are subject to that provider’s refund policy.
4. How to request a refund
Submit the request through the TST contact form using the email address associated with the registration. Include the participant name, SGT username, season, and reason for the request. TST may request additional information to verify the account and payment.
5. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card-network processing times vary. TST cannot issue a cash refund for a card payment or redirect a refund to a different payment method.
6. Season cancellation or material changes
If TST cancels a season before completion, TST will determine an appropriate refund or credit based on the circumstances, completed events, prizes already earned or paid, and costs already incurred. Any special remedy will be communicated directly to affected participants.
7. Payment disputes
Contact TST before initiating a chargeback so the issue can be reviewed. This request does not waive any rights you may have under applicable law or your card agreement.
