1. Official competition data
SGT is the official source of truth for submitted scorecards and Gross scores. TST is the official source for event finishing positions used by TST, TST Standard points, TST Handicap Indexes, Playing Handicaps, Net results, and Gross/Net TST standings. TST preserves the calculation inputs and may correct an administrative display when supported by the underlying official SGT scorecard.
2. Player identity and account integrity
Each participant must compete through their own SGT and GSPro identity. Account sharing, substitute play, falsified profile information, manipulated settings, unauthorized mulligans, altered results, or intentional misrepresentation may result in score removal, disqualification, suspension, forfeiture of prizes, or removal from TST.
3. Equipment and facility responsibility
Participants are responsible for arranging access to a compatible GSPro setup and following facility rules. TST does not control launch monitors, computers, internet service, facility equipment, availability, pricing, or local operating conditions.
4. Tee assignments, eligibility, and verification
The official SGT tournament tee is required unless TST has granted the player written forward-tee approval. For the 2026 Late Summer Series, women, juniors age 17 or younger, and seniors age 65 or older may apply for approval. TST may request government-issued identification or other reasonable documentation to verify eligibility. A player using forward tees must self-report two valid driver ball speeds of 140.0 mph or higher in one official round and replay the round from the standard tees before the deadline. TST may require any forward-tee player to record a future official round in its entirety for verification. Unapproved forward-tee use, failure to report a known violation, or failure to provide an acceptable requested recording may result in score removal, loss of forward-tee eligibility, disqualification, or other administrative action under the detailed season rules.
5. Event deadlines
A round must be completed and successfully submitted through SGT before the published deadline. Regular-season rounds may be played early when the event is open. Personal scheduling conflicts, travel, or waiting until the final hours are not normal grounds for an extension. TST may adjust a deadline for a widespread platform or Tour-side outage.
6. Misreads, technical failures, and reset requests
If a player believes a launch-monitor misread or other correctable technical issue has occurred, the player must stop immediately at the affected hole and contact TST before continuing the round. A player who continues after the disputed incident accepts the recorded result, and TST will not reset the hole or provide another remedy for that incident. TST will review available evidence and, when a dispute is approved, may reset the player to the beginning of the affected hole within 24 hours after receiving sufficient information. The player must wait for confirmation before resuming play. Players are strongly encouraged to record official rounds with a phone on a tripod and preserve the complete recording; a short, unedited clip may be submitted initially and will strengthen, but not guarantee, a claim. Screenshots, facility confirmation, launch-monitor data, and other contemporaneous evidence may also be considered. No reset is permitted without approval. Player mistakes, poor shots, wrong-club selections, accidental inputs, or dissatisfaction with a valid result are not misreads or replay grounds. Reporting an issue does not automatically extend the event deadline unless TST expressly grants an extension.
7. Championship qualification
For the 2026 Late Summer Series, the top 50% of the TST Gross points standings and the top 50% of the TST Net points standings qualify after Week 5. The five 9-hole regular-season events use TST Standard points at 1×. The 18-hole Tour Championship is played after the cut and awards 2× TST Standard points toward the final Series standings. A player qualifying through either race advances. Duplicate qualifiers count once and do not create roll-down positions. All players tied at a cut line advance.
8. Prize pools and payouts
The published portion of entry revenue allocated to prizes is divided between Gross and Net according to the season rules. Payout tiers are based on the official competitor count. Final payout ties split the combined money assigned to the tied positions. A participant who earns a paying position in both Gross and Net receives the larger payout; the other payout moves to the next eligible participant under the published no-double-dipping procedure.
9. Conduct
Participants must treat facilities, equipment, staff, administrators, and other competitors respectfully. Harassment, threats, deliberate disruption, fraud, or conduct that undermines competition integrity may result in administrative action.
10. Administrative decisions and disputes
TST administration has final authority over eligibility, identity and age verification, tee assignments, rule interpretation, replay approval, deadlines, qualification, disqualification, payout administration, and disputes, subject to applicable law. Decisions will be based on available records and the goal of consistent, fair competition.
